Reset the admin password
Enter the device's Setup Code. We'll send a fresh set-password link to the accountability
contact on file — by text and email — and they choose a new password. For your security the
link only goes to that contact, not to whoever fills this in.
Check the contact's messages
If that code matches a device, a reset link is on its way to the accountability contact by
text and email. It expires in an hour. Opening it lets them set a new password — one that
works on every device they oversee.
