Levels 2 and 3 also block social & dating apps from running on Windows (not just in the browser) — the accountability contact can grant time on specific apps from the screen-time dashboard.

Write it down. When you install Shmira, enter it on the first screen — that links this exact device to the contact you just registered. Your contact also needs it to set screen-time limits, so it's been sent to them as well.
