Your accountability contact gets your requests (filter-level changes, more screen time) by text or email and replies yes or no.

How should they be contacted? Filtering level

Levels 2 and 3 also block social & dating apps from running on Windows (not just in the browser) — the accountability contact can grant time on specific apps from the screen-time dashboard.

Your setup code

Write it down. After installation, open the Shmira app and enter it — that links this exact device to the contact you just registered. Your contact also needs it to set screen-time limits, so it's been sent to them as well.
